Their manager is not professional ,she always on the phone laughing with her friends not checking if we are assisted , even if the queues are full you can not see her walking the queues and see if we are assisted accordingly, like on their teller side

Their manager is not professional ,she always on the phone laughing with her friends not checking if we are assisted , even if the queues are full you can not see her walking the queues and see if we are assisted accordingly, like on their teller side they always have one teller the other one is not assisting she is up and down, you dont know what she is doing . When you going to the businesses teller it is very cold you can not even be there for 5 minutes its cold 🙆♂️ i dont know how is that old lady servive
