Theft of R2600

Complaint: I am currently in the Republic of Congo, I Withdrew cash for my travels at the airport in Brazaville, firstly an amount of 70 000 Congolese Francs (Approximately R1250) and again 210 000 Congolese Francs, (Approximately R3700). Later on, on my bank statement, these withdrawals appeared as R1875 and R5788 respectively. I know absa charges a 2.5% commision fee but this is much more than 2.5%. I have been cheated out of R2600. This is theft and i will open such a case if this problem is not resolved.
