Theft of my salary

I am writing this in absolute desperation and anger over what has happened to my account today.

I was previously ****med by a *****ulent company. After involving lawyers, an agreement was reached regarding repayment. I agreed to a specific repayment amount and authorised the required DebiCheck mandates in good faith.

Today, however, the agreed DebiCheck was not processed as it should have been. Instead, my entire salary was deducted — approximately SIX TIMES the amount I had agreed to pay.

You have taken essentially everything I was paid this month.

I cannot pay my rent.

I cannot buy groceries.

I cannot pay for transport or my basic living expenses.

I now have no money available to support myself because of a deduction that was not what I agreed to or authorised under the repayment arrangement.

I went into the bank today expecting this obvious problem to be dealt with urgently, only to be told that I may have to wait five business days for the money to be reimbursed.

Five business days may simply be an administrative processing period to the bank. To me, it means five days without money for food, rent, transport and basic necessities.

I need you to understand the position this has placed me in. This is not a minor inconvenience or a disputed transaction that I can simply wait patiently to have investigated. My entire livelihood has been affected.

I comp**** with the agreement. I authorised the agreed DebiChecks. I did what was required of me. I should not now be left unable to survive financially because an amount far greater than what I agreed to was deducted from my account.

I am therefore asking that this matter be escalated immediately and treated as an urgent financial hardship case.

I want an explanation for:

Why the agreed DebiCheck was not processed correctly. Why approximately six times the agreed amount was deducted. Who authorised or permitted this amount to be taken. Why I am expected to carry the financial consequences while the bank takes several business days to correct the situation. What can be done TODAY to return access to the money that should never have been taken from me in the first place.

Please do not respond to this with a generic statement telling me that the matter will take five business days to investigate.

I need someone with the authority to intervene to look at this urgently.

I am asking you to imagine receiving your salary and, before you can pay your rent or buy food, discovering that virtually all of it has disappeared because six times the amount you agreed to pay has been deducted — and then being told that you simply have to wait.

That is the situation I am currently in.

I am asking the bank to take responsibility, urgently investigate what happened, and restore the incorrectly deducted funds as quickly as possible.

Please escalate this complaint immediately and contact me with an urgent resolution.

P.S. How dare you put anyone in this situation!
