theft of funds from my account

Absa have ****** R5 130 from my investment account.They took it as agents commission but I have no agent,its done directly.When I queried this I was told its a system error but will be refunded in 2 days.This has happened to many clients I am told.Check your statements!!!The ******** bank is *****ing your money,and this is not the first time I may add.
