Theft

I had a loan at ABSA but i finished Paying it Last Month and requested a paid up letter, which i received after three weeks not sure if it was their plan or what. NOW THEY DEDUCTED MONEY ON MY BANK ACCOUNT THIS MONTH EVEN THOUGH THEY SEND ME A PAID UP LETTER. I just want to know what is Your Plan ABSA? making people pay you for nothing. PLEASE BRING BACK MY MONEY. I DON'T OWE YOU ANYMORE.
