Thee worst service

I called ABSA yesterday to get assistance and spoke to a lady, after my airtime ran out from holding on their lines no call was made back to me.

Another lady then called later and I asked to be called at 15 and here I am today calling them back and holding for more airtime to get finished with no assistance.
