THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!

<p>THULANI!!!!! Absa credit card this so called "team leader" is one of the rudest peron i have ever had to deal with in my life....He makes false accustations of me swearing at him when i explained my situation to be "***". I then proceeded to request to speak to his superior as i was getting annoyed with him and he proceeded to tell me no on 2 occasions when i phoned and both times he put the phone down on me. I have had my account for as long as i can remember and i assure you i will be closing my account becaue of this. I will inform all my friends, family and anyone i meet not to use your services....ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING</p>
