The app provides no information on how to resolve a dispute, the chat bot is useless, and call lines fail EVERY SINGLE TIME! I have been sent on a wild goose chase of emails and phone calls on numerous occasions to receive little to no assistance. I will not tolerate it anymore. Closing my account immediately.
