The Worst Bank Ever

Absa must be the worst bank ever. I have been to absa brance 3 times to sumbit documents for my late wife's estate. It has been more then a year and I still call everyday to check whether accounts has been closed and funds transfered. Instead everytime I am told about Fica and the influx of claims they have.

Called today asking to speak to a manager or supervisor and was told that I will have to check there schedule tomorrow.

Take into account that I have been banking with Absa for more than 43 years. I am closing all my accounts and moving my investments to Fnb or Capitec.
