The worst bank eveeeeer

I had a bong with ABSA homeloans, August I requested for a paid up letter, until today I have not received anything. they only thing they do is sned me from pillar to post. Im on pension, I have not received any income since I retired because of this letter. I am a renal failure patient, I have to be on dialysis every 2nd day or else I get sick. I don't know how I will pay for my medical aid this coming month. This is the worst bank ever to deal with
