The worst bank

For the past 3 months I don't have access to my bank account, I cannot do any transactions, first they asked for my new visa and proof of address which I provided, now they asking me to get an affidavit. All this happening I am still getting bank charges every month yet I cannot use my money neither do any transactions. Very bad service! No care for the clients whatsoever so robotic they will deal with you as an account holder not a human being they won't understand even with your ID in front of them!
