The teller refused money coz it wasn't my account

<p>I went to the bank to pay my husband's account with absa and I didn't have an account number like I always don't but had his ID number and the lady with so much arrogance said she won't accept the money and turned me back,,what's even worse is I have paid the account several times at that same branch with his ID number...I was angry because she treated me like some retard</p>
