The status on the credit

i made payment on my Absa credit card on Friday via eft, i was advised that it take 48 hours for the money to reflect. But it doesn't reflect, plus i also get a error message when i try and check my account. I used this card in January without any issues so i don't understand what happening. I surprised because i used this card lastJanuary 2023 without any issues.
