The never ending FICA issue

My story so far, we were required to FICA our accounts earlier this year. Being a good client I took my documnets throught to the eastgate branch in johannesburg and did so. I was assured it was all done and FICA was no longer an issue. A few weeks later my account was blocked. Why? Apparently I had not done my FICA. I onlt found out when trying to use my card to make a purchase. No communicatio was made to me that my account would be frozen. Trying to pay with a frozen account is embarrassing to say the least. Later that day I took my documents into another branch and had it redone. Again I was assured it was all sorted and I could go about my business. Today I have had the same issue. Trying to make a purchase and my accounts are blocked! WHY?? FICA!! My documents have been received but my ID was incorrectly scanned and is blurry... I fail to see how this is my fault? I fail to see how I have submitted my documents twice and still have issues. I fail to see how I was not informed on either occassion that my accounts would be blocked? And I fail to see how when I call in to the FICA department they can not unblock my account immediately! What kind of service is this? Do you want to keep my business? If so you better offer me something good to stay because at the moment I am about to close my accounts and move elsewhere
