The most useless bank in the world

<p>I ‘ve been to Absa Midrand and Vermeulen Street several times asking them to change all my debit orders to the 31st and also called other companies that are deducting on my account. This month I was charged R316.05 for unpaid debit order both of them are from ABSA (absa reward and absa law). Other companies managed to change my debit order date but ABSA they couldn't however they are calling themselves the big bank. I've been talking to their useless and unprofessional consultants since last week Friday and nobody wanted to assist me they are referring me to the same branch that didn't assist me. I've also sent the email to Absa reward on the 30/09/2016 and was told that my debit order date will only be changed in November meaning that I'm going to be charged for unpaid debit order again. Their laws promise to call me since last week and never did</p>
