The most frustrating bank to deal with

Li am now trying for a week to change my marital status and have a debit order refunded due to debt review, first excuse was their system has not been updated with the debt review details and now the excuse is my marital status is incorrect and they cannot add this acc to debt review, yet the strange thing is I got divorced in 2020, bought a vehicle last November, clearly stating I’m divorced !!!!!! They did not update their system and now I have to go through all the trouble to have this changed!!!!! You messed up by not changing it, why do I need to battle now!!!!!! Or is this just delaying tactics from them not to refund me and wiggle out of their debt review!!!!!!!!!!!
