THE MONEY I'VE WITHDRAWN FROM THE ATN DIDN'T COME OUT

Greetings

My name is David, On 3 May, I tried withdrawing my pension money from the ATM but it didn't come out at all, I'm so frustrated with that because according to the notification in my phone it said the money is out but I didn't get it at all, at the same day I went to the ABSA branch and they told me to go back to that ATM to find the ATM machine number so that they can open the case regarding the problem.

My case number is C-***8

So I went back and forth and they told me to wait for the SMS, and on Monday my case has been declined and they couldn't help me get my money at all, I really don't know what to do now, I desperately need your help, please help me get my pension money back!
