The fees increase, but not the benefit to the clie

As usual the banking fees went up on 1 Jan 2016. I see the increase was implemented on all my accounts. According to the new pricing structure gold value bundle clients are suppose to get R25 back iro credit cards, but I was only paid R19. Please rectify asap as im paying the new increased fees, and so should Absa.
