The best teller ever...Absa Bank

I've been struggling to change my daughter's account which was opened by my late husband. Fortunately on the 28 of August 2024 I went to Absa Bank Sun Ridge Branch and I met this young energetic lady who was passionately assisting me and she said me back because I was not in position of some other documents,then I came back the following with all required documents and she manage to lay to rest that nightmare that was seems to be impossible and I am impressed with exceptional service that I receive ,the level of professionalism was outstanding, the demeanor in which she communicate with me during the process was out of this world .......According to my past bad experience with Absa I was expecting the same treatment which occurred several times in different branches...Thank you so much Phumla Tembe for assisting me and may the good GOD bless you abundantly and may you serve people with such kind heart and enthusiasm in due time GOD will reward you....much appreciated my needs were met exceeded my expectations ...Thanks once more
