The bank that makes your money disappear like magic

So you think people wont notice money just disappearing from a account? You expect us to phone and be sent from one desk to another cause none of you don't know what is going on and cant do anything.... So explain to me, how does money disappear from a account, without any trace, no card transaction, no debit order, just vanished on the 30th Nov. You got a new trick for "added" services or someone having DB access making funds move from my account to theirs with no transaction logs?
