The bad thing about DEBIT ORDER

I have had a personel loan with ABSA bank and the last payment was meant to be completed in MAY this year and I expected my debit order to be cancelled and guess what?? Debit order still went threw for June. I get paid on the 20 of the month. Checked internet banking money went off my account. Called the call centre on the 23 June and was advised that the money will be in my account 48 hrs time but till now have not received it. I called the call centre and now been told that I have to wait another 5 wrking days and some body will get back to me. My money why must I wait.
