The ATM machines make your money disappear

I was trying to make a deposit of R 3,000 and the ATM machine, after getting all the money, only displayed a deposit of R 2,800. Where are my R 200? The responsible of the branch says they are going to call me but I cannot expect these machines to keep working badly if I have to use it every week. If the machine is not working properly, and it is not because mine is not the only case, they should put it out of order. An I cannot wait for one month to get the money back.
