That was the last straw Absa sucks!!!!

I have had it with Absa poor service. After waiting for more than 45 minutes for a consultant only to be told " I don't have that function call customer care, sorry I cant help you." I am leaving Absa I cant be leaving a branch crying all the time after waiting for so long.
