Thanks ABSA for your ***** efforts.

Thank for effectively investigating a ***** case and providing conclusion, we have to do better as a combined effort to block the "****s" with my PII Data exposed from 3rd Party, Transunion/Experian they used my info, to drive a transaction and then phoned me to validate this, telling me this seems suspect. I confirmed this is suspect and the person then said, if we want to block the transactions they will send me a OTP and she will deny this, in fact this was then "approved". They had all my info, even confirmed my Next when I asked. After reviewing the details and looking at what took place even if ABSA was not guilty of the ***** but agreed this was a ****, they agreed to settle the claim. Taking this into account, and the amount of ***** taking place in Africa and specific SA, we have to do more... lets see how best we defend against the ***** in SA.
