Thank you Ntokozo (Absa Strijdom Park)

This is in response to my recent review about Absa Strijdom Park where I was unable to access my funds due to holds that were on my account. So I went to the Strijdom Park branch again where I was assisted by Ntokozo. I explained what my issue was. He did what needed to be done on the system, went outside to the ATM machines with me to ensure that I could now withdraw funds from my account (which I finally did)- thank you so much for that. Also, thank you for explaining in detail what the issue was which made me understand the problem a bit better. Thank you for seeing to it that you resolve the matter. I also came to the branch quite late, close to closing time. You could have told me to come back tomorrow but you assisted me instead. I was quite impressed with how solution driven you were.
