Thank you Neo and Fezile

I would like to take this opportunity and show my gratitude and express how I appreciate these two staff member for going out of their way and ensured that I was fully assisted. On the 14th of May 2021 I visited ABSA Maponya Branch. After 5 years of trying to change my surname and being sent from pillar to post by other branches. Visiting Maponya branch changed that experience in one go. Talking About First time resolution(they have successfully resolved my issues in one go, they even managed to identify gaps and also fixed them ensuring that I do not visit the branch any time soon unless if unforeseen circumstances) and I exited that door with a huge smile on my face. I was firstly assisted by Fezile Fakude, I explained my issue and he was able to give me a clear process of what they will require to assist me. He even went to an extend of informing me that I can step out to get the necessary proof and when I return I should come straight to him... When I came back he attended me and changed my employment status and offered me an option to switch from savings to a cheque account... He then Handed me over to a Lady By the name of Neo Mosiawe (sorry Neo if I have spelt your surname incorrectly)... What a lovely person she was.. She was well spoken and friendly... She explained all the benefits and also assisted me with registering on the App... I am really grateful... Thank you guys for the great service that you offered...
