I visited ABSA Burgersdorp Branch on Wednesday 22 June 2022. There was a transaction that was supposed to be concluded there, which had been started off at another Branch. The whole process had taken more than 3 weeks to be finalized. I really appreciate the manner in which I was handled by Namhla Ngcezu, a sales consultant. Sometimes I would not be sure of what to do on my cellphone. She was more than prepared to assist me. I left the Bank with a smile.
