Diane Lightfoot, at Newton Park branch, was the kindest person I could possibly have wished to deal with in sorting out my mother's banking and helping me with the Power of Attorney. My mother, who was in hospital, had become very frail and I had limited time whilst in PE to sort out her affairs and move her to a frail care facility. Diane's kindness, compassion and efficiency was a beacon of light during a very difficult time. She is a rare person who can teach others much about dealing with clients in a more humane manner.
