Thank you for your Exceptional service; Tseko Maloka at Absa!!

I would like to commend Tseko Maloka, HR Professional at Absa for excellent, exceptional, second to none service that he offered to me through a terrible experience I had with ACA Sanlam(Absa pension Fund). Tseko, took it upon himself to ensure that my request was processed and later on when I followed up and I got no joy from ACA, I copied him on the email escalation to ACA , the Team leader, did not even bother to respond to me, but Tseko responded promptly, and did a follow up, and I got a call within minutes from ACA Sanlam that my query is resolved. I really appreciate because he was more like my advocate, if he did not intervene, my query will still be hanging somewhere in the air!

I would also like to thank Pension Rampyapedi at ACA Sanlam for his excellent service, proper feedback and resolving my query. These two are the kind of employees that raise a flag of excellent customer service high for their companies.
