I would like to thank Shafeeqah from Absa Bank Loch Logan Waterfront mall branch. I had opened an account for my son in the beginning of October and it had issues being activated. The consultant who helped me open the account kept telling me he would call to get me help in this regard but didn't. So I decided to go to the branch for help and that's where I came into contact with Shafeeqah. She did such an excellent job and made a real effort in fixing the ****ch I had with my son's account. She showed dedication and she is customer service orientated. I truly appreciate all she did. Absa needs more staff like her.
