Thank you for NOTHING
I absolutely HATE dealing with this bank! My debit card expired during lockdown. I have been back at work for the last eight weeks and therefore am unable to go to the bank during office hrs as we are on short staff and I only have weekends off. I have driven to Randparkridge, Northgate and Fourways for the last three weeks and they are all closed on a Saturday. I call telephonic "assistance" to be told there is nothing they can do I have to go to a branch. Now how the fudge do I get into a branch if they are closed!?!?!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!??!?! I am unable to access my funds and feed my family. Thank you ABSA... for NOTHING
