Through my frustrations of having to deal with monies paid into an account with a hold on it - Dorcas, tried her utmost to assist. Support Center is a joke and couldn't help her in order to assist us. The debt review department made her embarassed in their demands for us as clients to provide proof of the deposits. She kept her cool and carried over the information with aplomb. She is a truly exceptional staff member. Thank you Dorcas for your beautiful attitude in a very uncomfortable situation.
