A big thank you to Basani Hlungwane for following up AND resolving my complaint C-***3 . I received consistent, up to date feedback and direct contact details. I did not have to wonder about the status of my query, if anyone was looking at it or that I would have to contact a generic email distribution list. Basani also provided updates as promised.
