Thank you Absa... Your team is amazing

Absa bank has the most incredible, caring, supportive and client centric agents. I recently experienced an issue and the agents worked over their time to come to my rescue. They shift ended at 4pm. And the agent i spoke to told me that the dept was closed and they will contact me in the morning. Well i didnt need to wait, as she haad contacted someone in that dept told her pf my urgency and she called me after hours and resolved it. That was amazing...... Thank you thank you thank you. Absa.... Your brand ambassadors.... Your employees are super amazing people. Not even FNB or Standard bank can compare with their fancy products and apps.... You have the human touch, and nothing beats that. Thank you
