Thank you ABSA for your great service

Dealing with ABSA via telephone is such a pleasure. I need to access my home loan statements 3 time a year for provisional tax purposes. I normally phone ABSA home loans and request the specific statement that I need, and it gets e-mailed to me immediately. I was pleasantly surprised when I phoned today to find that the whole process is now automated and works like a dream!!! The only downside is that I did not get to talk to one of their friendly operators. :-) There are other banks (like FNB) that can learn from you.
