I was retrenched 28 August 2020 I submitted all documents to Absa Phoenix Plaza to Kalay at Enquiries. She was ever so helpful and so enthusiastic to help me.
My Claim was processed and approved for my Personal Loan with no hassle. Thank you Kalay and the Absa team. I previously had complaints but was successfully helped for my retrenchment claim. People complain when things go Wrong I just want to say Thank you to Absa in my difficult time for the efficient service.
