Thank you ABSA
I complained on Hellopeter about an incident at an ABSA branch. Thomas Nkuna, Regional manager, resolved this matter in such a professional and excellent manner that I have decided NOT to close my ABSA accounts. Thank you Thomas for everything you have done for me. You have done ABSA proud. After I spoke to you and met you in person I can only say: "Wow! You are a true asset to ABSA. My complaint was dealt with immediately and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you once again.
