I have to applaude Thando Shibase, from the absa branch in South Gate mall, I had query where by I deposited money into the atm en instead of the money an amount of 5650zar going through it got stuck In the machine, I was so frustrated, went into the branch, Thando helped me with so much courtesy and a week later whn I even forgot to go check at the bank if I can get my money Bek, Thando called me to let me know that I have to go in en collect a cheque,, it was a pleasure being served by her.
