I would like to send a thank-you note and recognise the hard work, professionalism, compassion and excellent service that I have never had a pleasure of enjoying in the banking sector. I have banked with an institution that I won't mention for obvious reasons but I have never received any assistance when the national lockdown was introduced it has a huge impact on my business and I app**** for may relief and all of them were declined, I then contacted Mr Daniela Thabo Nkomo from Clearwater branch who is my banker, he assisted me from day one until the finalisation of the relief, I called him every day and sometimes three times a day as I was under duress due to the financial impact we suffered. He gave me the attention, support and advise as if it was for himself, he understood the pressure we going through and through him I was able to save my business and retained over 30 employees. He is indeed a service champion and BIG UP TO HIM, because of him we are saved. With the dedication, assistance, compassion, diligent and ethical behaviour I truly am impressed and I wear an ABSA hat with pride. Thank you, Mr Daniel Thabo Nkomo, for going an extra mile.
