THABISO WILSON credit card division .. needs training

ABSA credit card is the worst!! I did manual payments on 20 October 2023 and 20 November 2023. My payments STILL dont reflect? But none the less, Thabiso Wilson called from ABSA credit card department telling me I am 2 months arrears. When I wanted to give this person the referece number used he interupred me and said what number is this rudely!! When I did not want to confirm personal info, despite this person only needing to collect proof of payment he said I should go to a branch or call the number he called from?? At My expenses for ABSA's inibility to allocate my payments. Thabiso then pretended to then want to hear my reference number again, but cut me off 4 digits short of completion, saying is this suppose to be a card number! Ref number for 20 october 2023 was *** Ref number for 20 november 2023 was ***
