Terrrible Customer Service

I app**** for a credit card limit increase a few months ago online, and it was declined because they said I should bring the proof of payment and pay slips to any Absa branch. A few weeks later I then received an sms from Absa saying that I should visit an Absa Branch in Parktown for my credit card limit increase. Today the 23rd October I then went to Absa Eyethu Mall Orange Farm (first time in this bank) I followed to quie according what is written on the banners inside the bank which left me stranded since the quies do go according to that. I later approached the manager whom directed me to some seats going to consultants. There was two people seating at the counters, one assisting clients (lady) and the other one was just idling (light in complexion and wearing glasses, he later came to ask how he could assist and confirmed that the lady will assist me soon but I asked him if he is not working, and he told me that he is "Khekhelezing". His manager then was working with him on his computer (I assume his machine was not working) the he was back online and called me, then I explained what brought me there and I gave him my paperwork which he never even looked at it but remember the online system and the sms requested me to come and submit these. he later told me that my request was declined, which was very confusing for me but he didn't even bother explaining this for me. Now I ask him to print some payments I did to this other Funeral Undertaker and he couldn't do it because he didn't know how its done, but now he is asking me to go and quei again and I couldn't because I have now stayed for too long at this branch which I really feel its not fair. I'm telling you that I left this branch not knowing why I'm rejected when I'm requested by them to present my documentation to the bank; this is just not on.
