Terrific Tumi

I'm one of those clients that's pretty patient and I don't get upset easily. However I've not had the best of experiences in the banking sector. Tumi changed all of that. I needed to pick up a business card and sort out all the app things that go with it. Tumi was amazing; patient with me because my tech skills needs work and she helped with all my questions. I have never had such a wonderful experience in the banking industry probably because when I needed to go in was the start/end of the month so I doubt it had to do with banking staff. BUT again Tumi made this experience effortless. I want to thank you and I hope that all your efforts are acknowledged .I wish you all the best in all your endeavours and I hope ABSA knows that you are indeed an asset to them.
