Terrible waiting times @ ABSA Vaal Mall. Only 1 person at the Bulk tellers. Doesn't matter what time of the month it is.

I constantly have a terrible experience at the ABSA Bank Vaal Mall Branch. No matter what time of the month it is, there seems to be only one teller at the bulk tellers, leading to incredibly long wait times. I’ve consistently had to wait 1-2 hours just to deposit our bulk money, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve raised my concerns before, but it feels like my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. This level of service is frustrating and makes banking here a hassle. I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking for efficient service.
