Terrible, terrible experience/service as I even wrote them an email explaining that I never took the money from the ATM but they insisted that I took it. I even asked them to investigate and find the footage that will prove that I never took the money from the ATM. Right now I feel ****med by the same bank that I've been using and trusted for years, as they decided to automatically debit that same R2000 today that I never got.
