Terrible system and poor service

I have closed all my personal Absa accounts as I know they are horrible. However, I have now bought a property through my business. Got an ABSA loan, could not go with the bank I wanted to, because the developer's attorneys are not on the said bank's panel of attorneys. Absa requires that I open a business account with them for the loan's payments to go off.

Firstly it's an absolute nightmare to open the account. You get a "how to" document on how to register for your online pin to get into your account. But the guideline is for personal banking, not business banking. In the body of the email, different guidelines are given, but also do not work. None of the options in the guides are on the website. Eventually figured out how to do it myself. Once registered, I could not log in because there was a sim swop block on my account. The error on the screen gives you a number to phone. I phone that number, nopes.... not the correct number to have this reset. Phone about 5 more times, different numbers, get put through to the wrong people etc etc.

I believe this is now sorted. Now, another bigger issue. When I opened my account, the consultant asked where I want my card delivered. I gave the branch name. A few weeks later, I receive an sms that my card is ready. But at a different branch. This branch is 45 minutes from where I work and further from my home. I cant take this time off work to go collect a card, I can also not go over a weekend, because my house is a further 30m min away. SO I email Absa. They say they will reroute it to my requested branch. Now I get about 5 sms's a week that says I must go collect the card. They are threatening to destroy it now. But they don't reply to my emails. If I had the option to cancel, I would cancel the bond and my account.
