Terrible service re will executors

On Monday 10 October 2022 I went to Absa George (York Street) to enquire as to my late Mother's last will and testament. She passed away on Friday 7 October 2022 in George, and had appointed Absa as her executors. I am obviously very grief stricken and to my utter dismay and causing me a lot of unnecessary additional grief, I was badly treated by the secretary of the person I wanted to see, D J, employee number 1** who is listed as the contact person for my Mom's will. This rude person in question is called E and she should not be allowed to talk to people who are emotionally vulnerable. She refused to let me see Mr J and was extremely dismissive of me. She had the utter audacity to tell me to contact my younger brother who I am estranged from and who lives in Gauteng (she knew his name as he emailed her once when my Father passed away 5 years ago) - if I wanted any information. She has no right! The more I told her that I am one of the 3 beneficiaries in my Mom's will an the only one who lives here, the more she was not accommodating. I urgently need to find out whether she had a funeral policy to finalise my Mom's cremation and about the sudden disappearance of some of my Mothers assets (her car) as well as exactly what I must do regarding closure of any accounts she may have (phone etc). I am disgusted in Absa and will hold this woman responsible for any and all financial losses I personally, and my Mothers estate may suffer due to her actions. She must be held accountable. No reply from Absa after sending them the complaint a week ago.
