Terrible service from VAF

Very dishonest VAF department sold a vehicle through their Fastbuy platform beginning of September 2023 and upto now they did not update the info on my credit profile so now Absa got their money while im still negatively affected everytime i check my credit report the vehicle still appears and the instalment still appears very bad service from VAF and when you call you never get hold of the relevant department i dont know who to contact will never finance vehicles with them again !!
