Terrible service from ABSA

I'm looking for advice and a contact person please.. We had our Geyser burst on the 15th and Absa sent out a plumber that did such a ****ty job and since then I phoned them on a daily basis and today they recon the people that did the job must come and fix it but we want someone else to do the job and also we paid the plumbers our portion apparently you have to pay the plumbers on the day they do the job. Any contacts at Absa claim department please?
