TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ABSA

This is the worst bank I have ever come accross. I app**** with them more than a week ago online for a personal loan and received an email when I app**** online to resend my documents which I did. Since then I have received various emails to resend my documents. They haven't called me once to update me on the status of my application. I have called in multiple times and they keep saying a consultant will call me to discuss but it never happens. DONT APPLY WITH THIS BANK, THEYRE SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!!!

I received a call now from ABSA stating that they cant assist me because of a previous loan made 18 years ago that I have a paid up letter for. PATHETIC. They informed me to call the branch that assisted me which i did and again no answer. Tried several times. This is truly the worst bank with the worst service!!!
