Terrible Service for CC activation from Virgin Money and Absa

I am very unhappy with Virgin Money and Absa and their credit card. I have had little response for 3 months now and still no success. They had a problem with my lease agreement which I tried to rectify but they will not accept it. My husband used the same lease agreement with Old Mutual and they accepted it within 2 hours. I have used the same lease agreement with Nedbank, SARS, Vodacom and Cell C and they have all accepted it. You said it was not signed which is untrue unless they are blind. It even has witness signatures. The other problem you had was my lease is it is not for a fixed term. I live on a farm and I do not have an end date for the lease. The condition for the lease is that if I am required to vacate the premises I will be given 2 months notice. This is stated on the lease agreement. I do not have any other form of proof of residence as I am a tenant. You sent me an email 3 months later after my numerous requests for you to contact me stating that you cannot accept the proof of residence and the application has now expired and must be recaptured. I am so angry I cannot begin to explain. I want my R160 back that I paid for the activation of the card which was never done or you must accept the proof of residence and activate the card.

I have a long list of recorded attempt to make contact with you and reference numbers.

Christie Parker
